If one of your customers or colleagues wants to view your presentation via the web, they don't have to install anything at their end. You, on the other hand, will need to install a small piece of software so that you can upload and show your presentations.
1) Get your Email and Password
If you don't have your Email and Password, sign up for the free trial at wc.247meeting.com
2) Login
When you receive your login details by email, log into wc.247meeting.com (note the web address, not www):
3) Click on 'Download Presenter Software' on the home page.
4) Install this Presenter Software on your PC*
Click on the 'Download' button under 'Windows XP/Vista'*
Click 'Run' in the pop-up box that is displayed:
Click 'Next' in the setup wizard
Click 'Run' in the security warning pop-up
Click 'Next' on the 'Select Installation Folder' screen
On the next screen, click 'Install'
When you see 'Completing the VPresent Setup Wizard' click 'Finish'
Now you're all setup and ready to start your first meeting!

5) Starting your First meeting
If you're not already logged in, login (see step 2 above). Click on 'Start Meeting':

You will be brought to the 'virtual boardroom':

You're now in your first meeting!
6) Get ready
Open the application you'd like to share the way you normally do - eg if you want to share a PowerPoint presentation which you usually open from a shortcut on the desktop, go back to your desktop and click on the link to it. When you have your application open, you're ready to share your desktop
7) Share your Screen
Click on the 'Share Screen' button on the top-left:

8) Choose your application from the Sharing toolbar
A small toolbar appears in the top-left of your screen - click on the second button to view the list of available applications to share:

and choose your application.
You can also choose to share the 'Entire Screen' (which displays your whole screen to your guests), or a 'Rectangular Area' which shows only the part inside the red border:

Now you're read to invite your guests!
9) Invite your Guests
Go back to the web conference window and click on the 'Invite' envelope symbol in the top-left of the screen:

Follow the on-screen instructions to invite your guests.
