Using the Whiteboard is similar to your standard Microsoft Paint.
To open the Whiteboard function, please select the third icon from the top left of your screen during conference. The icon resembles a whiteboard.
Along the left hand side of your screen you will now see a tool bar with various ways of drawing on the Whiteboard.
You select a pen, a marker, a line, a shape or even text to draw/write on the Whiteboard.
You can then select the colour that you would like to draw/write in also on the tool bar on the left hand side of your screen.
Allowing an attendee to write on the Whiteboard:
As the host you can allow an attendee or multiple attendees to draw on the Whiteboard by selecting their name in the attendee box on the right hand side of your screen.
Once you have selected selected the attendee, click on the pen icon under 'select attendees permissions'.
Your attendee can now draw/write on the same Whiteboard. (No software install is required by the attendee to draw/write)
Adding additional pages to the Whiteboard:
You can add and remove pages to the Whiteboard by using the icons located at the top of the Whiteboard.
Using the plus icon (+) you can add pages.
Using the minus icon (-) you can remove pages.
You can also go back and forth through the pages by using the left and right arrows or by selecting the page of your choice using the drop down box.
If you would like to exit the Whiteboard at anytime, you can do so by clicking the X at the top of the screen beside the right arrow.
