During a Web Conference you can choose to share presentations, pictures etc with the other attendee's.
First you must upload the file/files to your library.
Uploading Files to Your Library:
Once you have logged in to the web site you can add files to the library by selecting the 'My Library' tab at the top of your screen.
Next you must select where you would like to store the file.
Expand the 'My Library' folder on the left hand side of your screen by clicking on the plus sign next to it.
Now High light the type of file you wish to upload from the list:
- Pictures
- Presentations
- Video Files
- Audio Files
(please note, PowerPoint files created using Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 use the file extension .pptx. You will not be able to upload a .pptx file. You must resave it as a .ppt file by opening it in PowerPoint and selecting 'save as'. Under 'save as', select 'PowerPoint 97-2003 presentation (*.ppt)' from the drop down box.)
Sharing Your File with Your Attendee's:
To share your file during the Web Conference, please select the 'Share Library Content' icon from the top of your screen (Forth from the left)
A menu will drop down and you can now highlight 'My Library'.
Once 'My Library' is highlighted, you will now see any files that you have uploaded.
When you select the file of your choice you will then be brought to projector screen to view your file.
The functions are similar to that of the Whiteboard. You can use the Drawing toolbar on the left hand side of your screen and also the arrows at the top of your screen to go back and forth through your presentation.
You can exit at anytime clicking the grey X at the top of your screen.
