 Web Conferencing Instructions    

Logging In
Log in to your account (www.247meeting.com -> 'My Account' -> Login, using the 'Forgot Password' link if required). Once logged in click on 'Go to Web Conferencing site'.
Download the presenter software if you have not already done so (host only). Download and follow the instructions on screen to install.

Getting started
You should first invite anyone you wish to join the conference by clicking on the invite button (envelope icon) you can now enter their email address or select open in my email. This will now open you mail client (outlook etc.) and you can now invite people saved in your address book.

Select 'Start Meeting' to begin the conference
Once the conference has started you can choose what you would like to do from the icons at the top left of your screen.
1. Invite 2.Share Screen 3. Share Whiteboard 4.Share Library 5.Send Screenshot 6.Send File.

Video Conference
If you select a name from attendee section on the right hand side of your screen and then click the webcam icon below it, you can now see their video if they have a webcam connected. The pen icon will allow an attendee to draw on the whiteboard & the screen and pointer icon will allow a guest to present the meeting (A guest must have the presenter software installed to take control of a meeting)

Sharing Library

If you would like to view a presentation as part of your conference, you can do so by uploading the file to your personal library. You can do this by selecting the My Library tab at the top of your screen when you first log in. Point to the file using the browse button and it will now be available to use in your library. Now when you are in a meeting you can select the share library button and you will now be able to open your presentation. (Note: To share an excel spreadsheet you must use the share screen option and not the library)

Adding Voice
You can use the built in VoIP but we would recommend that you use your voice conferencing account alongside the web conferencing. You can add your voice details using the My Account tab and selecting Teleconference. Your guest will now see your Dial in number and guest code when they join your meeting.
