Event Calls

Event Calls are conference calls where one or more presenters address a large audience (eg 100 callers or more). They are called 'Event' calls because they are usually large one-off events, eg an Investor Relations call, a company-wide briefing, or Product launch. With a larger number of callers in conference 247meeting's Event Call service is best to handle large volumes of callers and/or high-profile calls.

Operator Greeted	Each caller is greeted by an experienced operator so your callers don't have to enter a PIN code
Direct to Conference	Callers don’t have to enter a PIN code – dial a number and enter directly into conference
Operator Monitoring	The entire call is monitored by experienced operators to ensure that there are no disruptions
Participant Information Capture	Each caller can be asked for some information eg their name, their company, their city, their contact details etc.
Questions & Answers	Callers can ask questions of the speakers by pressing a key sequence and being added to the Question queue
Automatic Lecture Mode	All Guest lines are muted to avoid disruption
Automatic Recording	The conference can be automatically recorded for later playback for those who were unable to attend, or for publication on corporate website etc. Recordings can be provided in a number of formats (online, download, .wav, .mp3, CD, DVD etc)
Conference Playback	Guests who were unable to attend can dial in and listen to the Conference Recording by telephone
Transcription	Full call transcription services are available
Online call viewer	Calls can be viewed online in real-time (eg by an administrator)
Capacity	Event calls are for calls with anything from 50 to 15,000 Guests!
