Share your desktop remotely with Live Meeting 2007
1.Go to our home page and select "Client Login" from the top right corner of your screen
2.Login to your account using your email address and your password. Use "Forgot Password" link if needs be, and your login details will be resent to your email address. If you don't have an account with us, click here and find out how you can set one up for free.

3. Click on the Live Meeting logo, or select "Go to Live Meeting page" . If you see "Signup for Live Meeting" instead, it means this is your first Web Conference with 247meeting, and you need to install the software first. To find out more please click here.

4. Here you can start and manage your Web Conferences. You can use our AnyTime version which is always availabe to you or schedule a one-off Conference with unique Passcodes. Click 'Start AnyTime Live Meeting' to start your instant meeting

5. A new pop up window will open where you need to confirm you wish to start your meeting using Microsoft Office Live Meeting. If you're happy to ahead with your conference please click 'OK'. If you can't see that option and you're transferred to Live Meeting license agreement page it means the software is not yet installed on your machine. 6. You are just about to start your meeting. Before you do, please type in your name. Please note that any name you enter will be visisble to your guests. Please take a read through the meeting's terms and conditions and select 'Continue' once you're happy with them

7. Once you're in the meeting, go to Contect and select 'Share' from the top left navigation pane.

8. If you're a presenter and you wish to share your own desktop please click on the arrow and select 'Share Your Desktop' from the drop down menu. You will then have to choose whether you wish to share the entire area of your desktop - 'All' or just a part of it - 'Selected Area'

9. When sharing a 'Selected Area' of your desktop click on the corner of the sharing frame and drag your coursor sideways to resize the frame.


10. Whether you decide to share the entire area of your desktop or just a selected part you'll see a navigation pane at the top of your screen that will help you manage your Web Conference. You have the following options available:

1. End Sharing and return to Live Meeting. (click this icon to return to your Live Meeting Web Conference Page. If you ever wish to return to sharing your desktop you will find it in your library of shared files. Go to 'Content' and select the file from the desiplayed list.
2. Pause Sharing
3. Give Control (give control over your desktop to any of the attendees)
4. Sharing Options (select a program or any other file you wish to share with the attendees)




11. If you wish to share desktop of one of your guests please go to 'Content' followed by 'Share' and select 'Start Remote Desktop Sharing'. You will then have to select an attendee name and ask your guest for permission.
