Share PowerPoint presentation

Share PowerPoint presentation with Live Meeting 2007

1. Go to our home page and select 'Client Login' from the top right corner of your screen

2. Enter your email address and your password, then click 'Go'. If you don't have an account with us please click here and find out how you can set one up for free

3. Now select 'Go to Live Meeting Page' under your Web Conferencing details. If you can't see that option available or if this is your first Web Conference with 247meeting please click here and find out how to hold your first Web Conference with us

4. Here you can start and manage your Web Conferences. You can use our AnyTime version which is always availabe to you or schedule a one-off Conference with unique Passcodes. Click 'Start AnyTime Live Meeting' to start your instant meeting

5. A new pop up window will open when you are asked to confirm you wish to start your meeting using Microsoft Office Live Meeting. If you're happy to ahead with your conference please click 'OK'. If you can't see that option and you're transferred to Live Meeting license agreement page it means the software is not yet installed on your machine. 6. You are just about to start your meeting. Before you do, please type in your name. Please note that any name you enter will be visisble to your guests. Please take a read through the meeting's terms and conditions and select 'Continue' once you're happy with them

7. You have just entered your conference room where you can invite your guests and use a variety of tools to help you communicate and share ideas with all the participants. To share your PowerPoint presentation please select 'Content' from the top pane, followed by 'Share' and 'Upload File (View Only)'

8. Now browse your files to find the presenation you wish to upload and share with your guests. Highlight the file and click 'Open' or double click on the selected file.

9. Your PowerPoint presenation will now start uploading. Wait for the file to finish uploading.

10. Now that your PowerPoint presenation is fully uploaded your guests can view your slides exactly as they show on your screen. To change slides use the arrows (bottom left corner of your screen)

To resize your presentation to full screen view click on the screen icon (bottom right pane)
