Install Live Meeting 2007

How to start a meeting with Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007

1. Please go to our home page and select 'Client Login' from the top right corner of your screen

2. Enter your email address and your password then click 'Go'. If you don't have an account with us please click here and find out how you can set one up for free

3. Select 'Signup for Live Meeting' to start your meeting or 'Find out more about Web Conferencing and Live Meeting' to check our tips and tutorials on Web Conferencing

4. Here you can start and manage your Web Conferences. You have the following options available: you can use our AnyTime version which is the easiest to get started with and always available to you or schedule a one-off Web Conference with unique Passcodes. Click 'Start AnyTime Live Meeting' to start an instant meeting

5. You are now transferred to Microsoft Office Live Meeting page where you have several options available. If you visit this page for the first time you will have to install the Live Meeting client on your machine. To do so please use the scroll bar and select 'Accept Terms and Install Client'

6. To download the file please click 'Save File'

7. To start the installation process double click on the downloaded file

8. Please wait for the software to install on your machine

9. Once the installation process is successful you can start your first Web Conference. To do so go to Microsoft Office Live Meeting page and this time please select the 'Join Meeting' option

10. A new pop up window will open where you are asked to confirm you wish to start your meeting using Microsoft Office Live Meeting. If you are happy to go ahead with your conference please click 'OK'

11. You are just about to start your meeting. Before you do, please type in your name. Please note that any name you enter will be visisble to your guests. Please take a read through the meeting's terms and conditions and select 'Continue' once you're happy with them

12. You have just entered your conference room where you can invite your guests and use a variety of tools to help you communicate and share ideas with all the participants.
