Record your Web Conference

You can record your Web Conference and play it back whenever you want. Your Recording will be stored on our secure servers and you won't be charged no extra cost to access it. You will also receive a link to your Recording so you may share it with your guests.

Before you start recording please make sure you have the following:

• Check your Microphone/Speaker are disabled within Live Meeting (details)
• Ensure all Attendees Computer Audio are set to mute (details)
• Connect Telephone and Computer Audio (details)
• Ensure all Guests Telephone Audio is set to mute (details)

You can now start recording your Web Conference

When you're conference is over, don't forget to stop and save your recording

1. To access your Web Conference go to Client Login and enter your email address and your password. Now select the "Recordings" tab

2. Here you can find a list of your Audio and Web Recordings. To download a recording, simply click on "Get Recording Details" link

3. An automatic email will then be generated and sent to the email address associated with your account. Click "OK" and search your email inbox for message including your Web Recording details.To access the recording file click on "View Recording"

4. You will be prompted to enter your Recording details in order to log in and view your recording. Enter your Name, Recording ID and Recording Key and click "View Recording"

5. You now have access to your recorder files. To view the video click on the preffered format under "View Download" option
