Direct Debit transfer - download a DD mandate, complete and send it back to us: UK , Ireland or contact us and we will send you a copy. Please Note: Direct Debit will be taken out of your account 14 days after your bill is issued us and you can cancel it at any time simply by contacting your bank or building society.

Is the Free Trial really free?

You can use our service for 15 days for free. At the end of that time, if you like it and want to continue to use it, you can choose to pay for it. If you don't want to use it any more, that's it, you don't have to pay us anything, you don't have to do anything.
