Web conferencing is used to conduct meetings, training, or presentations via the Internet. When people travel to meet face-to-face they often use things like Microsoft PowerPoint or a PC screen to explain what they're saying. When using a Web Conference, you can still use your PC (or Mac) and your PowerPoint, but you don't have to travel.

Also called 'Telemeeting', 'Telephone Conference', 'Audio Conference', you can dial in from anywhere to join the meeting. All you need to take part is a normal telephone (or mobile). Callers dial into a phone number, enter a PIN code and then can all talk to each other
