Web Conferencing
Web conferencing is used to conduct meetings, training, or presentations via the Internet. When people travel to meet face-to-face they often use things like Microsoft PowerPoint or a PC screen to explain what they're saying. When using a Web Conference, you can still use your PC (or Mac) and your PowerPoint, but you don't have to travel.
Conference Calling
Also called 'Telemeeting', 'Telephone Conference', 'Audio Conference', you can dial in from anywhere to join the meeting. All you need to take part is a normal telephone (or mobile). Callers dial into a phone number, enter a PIN code and then can all talk to each other
Video Conferencing
Video Conferencing allows people from multiple locations to interact with each other. Those interactions are based on real time audio and video transmissions, that enable users quickly and effectively communicate with each other.
Webinar
Webinars ("Web Seminars") are a fast-growing method of interacting with your potential customers. Your customers can attend a presentation given by you or an associate, from the comfort of their own desk! Just as with a real seminar, they can ask questions and you can contact them after the Webinar.
