Conference Calling

Also called 'Telemeeting', 'Telephone Conference', 'Audio Conference', you can dial in from anywhere to join the meeting. All you need to take part is a normal telephone (or mobile). Callers dial into a phone number, enter a PIN code and then can all talk to each other

Weekly Team meetings

You might have a team that's spread out in different offices, on customer sites or on the road. Don't leave out key personnel, but include them all by dialling into a conference call

Project Management

Are small issues building up until the weekly or monthly meeting? Don't let them build up - allow small teams and sub-teams on a project meet together quickly and conveniently without losing time travelling

Salesforce meetings

Get the whole sales team onto one call to give them the latest updates from the office and quickly hear feedback from your customers on the ground; all without having to take them away from selling

Customer presentations
