If you're organising your first conference call, this is the best place to start! It couldn't be easier - you can sign up for free online so that you can try the service out with no obligations. Here's what to do:

• You need to have a Guest PIN code (for your guests), Host PIN code (for yourself) and a dial-in number. If you haven't got these already, sign up for the Free Trial on www.247meeting.com and click on 'Try it for Free'
• You can look up your nearest dial-in number on www.247meeting.com/numbers
• The PIN codes can be used any time, so pick a time and forward the Guest PIN code and dial-in number to your guests
• When the time comes you call the dial-in number and enter your Host PIN code. Your guests call the dial-in number with the Guest PIN code and you're all in conference
