Steps to follow:
1. Book your Meeting online
To book your Meeting online, please go to www.247meeting.com and select ‘Log In’. Enter your email address and your password. If you can’t remember your password please use the Forgot Password link. You password remainder will then be generated and sent to the email address associated with the account.
Once logged in please click on the Live Meeting logo which will take you to our Live Meeting Page
Choose one of the following options:
2. Upload your Presentation
To upload you PowerPoint slideshow, first join your meeting as a presenter login to your account with 247meeting, click on the Live Meeting logo and select Start AnyTime Live Meeting. Once logged in, go to ‘Content’ -> ‘Share’ -> ‘Upload file (View only)’. Select your file by browsing your desktop for your slideshow and select ‘Open’.

3. Check number of Attendees; Invite your Guests
Invite your guests by clicking ‘Attendees’ -> ‘Invite’ -> “By email’
Note: You may also invite your Guests using 247meeting Live Meeting Page.
4. Check your Microphone/Speaker are disabled within Live Meeting
When logged into Live Meeting you will see three icons at the top right of your screen and each should have a red circle symbol to show that they are disabled as per image below:

5. Ensure all Attendee’s Computer Audio are set to mute
When logged into Live Meeting go to ‘Attendees’ -> ‘Voice’ and select ‘Mute all except me’.

6. Connect Telephone and Computer Audio
This step is important as once connected, the Audio from the Telephone Conference will not only play for Attendees that are joining through the Computer Audio (Headset/Speakers) but this will also be the Audio for the recording.
To connect the Telephone and Computer audio, select ‘Voice & Video’ -> ‘Options’ -> ‘Connect Telephone and Computer Audio...’ -> ‘Connect’. As your Live Meeting Telephone Conference details have been updated when booking the Telephone Conference, Live Meeting will now dial into the Telephone Conference as an Attendee.

7. Dial into the Telephone Conference
Using the details provided when you booked your Telephone Conference, dial into the call as the Host/Leader.
8. Ensure all Guests Telephone Audio is set to mute (Lecture Mode)
Depending on the type of Telephone Conference you booked, you will need to make sure that all Guests are muted.
9. Start Recording
When you are happy that you are about to start the meeting and you ready to start recording, select ‘Recording’ -> ‘Record’. Live Meeting will now record the meeting until the time that you end the meeting or stop recording. To stop recording, select ‘Recording’ -> ‘Stop’.

10. You are now ready to start your meeting
11. Stop Recording before exiting and ending the meeting and select Save Recording
